PLEASE BRING THIS ALERT AND SUPPORTING AFFIDAVIT

TO THE ATTENTION OF YOUR MPP

Canadian health and safety advocates, Anne and Dave Marsden, are asking the World Health Organization to alert all member countries to the risks attached to travelling to the province that houses the Senate and Legislature of the Canadian Government, Ontario, Canada.  The nationally respected advocates' audits show Ontario health care oversight organizations such as the College of Nurses, the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario and the Ontario Death Investigation Oversight Committee, have turned a blind eye to health professionals setting aside Ontario and Canadian laws governing the reporting and treatment of infectious disease and the resultant deaths.

Infectious disease is not a respecter of Canadian provincial borders, therefore, no-one knows for certain how many other Canadian provinces are affected by the failure of Ontario politicians and the Ontario health care oversight systems to properly protect those who live in and visit the Ontario community dejavue when SARS was an issue in this Canadian province.  To date three Chief Coroners of Ontario have set aside the statutory requirements for a mandated inquest into the death of a British subject/US citizen's widow, knowing that such an inquest would expose the role of the Office of the Chief Coroner of Ontario and the Halton Medical Officer of Health in failing to protect the Ontario community from the effect of the largest c-diff crisis on record in Ontario.

The evidence in the health and safety advocates' files also shows there are people in Ontario known by health professionals to have the highly contagious infectious disease who are allowed to frequent Ontario community restaurants and services without any kind of restriction.  For further information or to obtain a copy of the information described in the attached affidavit that supports this press release call 905-639-5684
